We’re seeking a highly organized, outgoing individual to help us reconnect with past clients, launch targeted campaigns, and qualify new leads—paving your path to a real‑estate career.
What You’ll Do
Reach out to warm leads and past clients via phone, email & social media
Coordinate and launch digital and print marketing campaigns
Field, qualify & route incoming inquiries to our agent(s)
Maintain CRM records and track campaign performance
What You’ll Earn
15 % commission split on every transaction you drive
20 % split on all deals once you assist in the close of 3 transactions
One‑time bonus when you complete your first deal under each split tier
100 % sponsorship of your real‑estate salesperson course and exam fees after 3 transactions close with your assistance
